So, I'm 15 years old. A girl. And I'm looking to lose stomach fat and love handles as soon as I can!?
I've been keeping track of everything that I eat, and I've been staying under 1,200 calories a day. I try to run at least 3x a week for 10-15 minutes, and everynight I do crunches, squats, push ups and all that jazz. My diet consists of mainly water, yogurt, peanut butter, carrots, celery, sometimes bread, peanuts. More food than that obviously, those are the basics. My stomach has 2 giant rolls that I cover up fairly well. No one knows I have them, I wear loose (yet fashionable) clothes. but I want a sexy figure that I can show off!I have a small torsoe and big hips as well, and my love handles are uneven. The left is slightly bigger than the right. I want more than anything to be comfortable with myself and my body, I'm known as one of the prettiest freshman around school and I want to be able to live up to that confident and happy. I've decided to step up and work for it, so please help me out! Honest answers! How can I lose these stubborn love handles and this annoying stomach fat? Arm fat too! thanks so much and have a great day:)ps, thank you for the awesome answersss I appreciate it:) does anyone have a specific routine that'd be good?

give it time. if you can go jogging for 30 minutes 3X a week! you also might want to get some protein into your diet. try some hummus! chickpeas are delicious!

Sounds like everything you're doing is good, but since you are still growing, do not completely limit yourself to just certain things and little calories. Eat lots of proteins and fruits and veggies, keep working out. The key is to eat 5 small meals a day and if you cannot fit that into your schedule do 3 okay sized portions and when you snack eat fruits and veggies, like you have been. When you run try to kick it up another 5 minutes, maybe a 20 minute jog. You can even lift a little bit, just 5 lbs or a little more and that will help tone your arms up, do lk 10 reps, 3 of each set and you'll be looking good. Also, look at what makes you beautiful than other people. I know we all compare ourselves to others, but when you do that, you lose sight of what others find beautiful in you. It sounds like you have a gorgeous figure, you got it girl!!
