I am quite athletic and Fit, yet I cannot lose fat around my face???
I am a 20 year old male, 6 feet 2inches tall around 180 lbs. I have been involved in sports my whole life and think of myself as quite an athletic person. Recently in the past two months I have been going to the gym more for muscle gain about 5 days a week. I do not take any supplements, just whey protein, and a good diet. I have noticed quite nice improvements in my muscle mass and tone, yet I still have facial fat which I would love to get rid of... I know people say when you lose weight across your entire body you will lose in it in your face as well, but I am not overweight or flabby at all. Is it possible to keep on gaining weight by eating right and working out and somehow cut down on facial fat??? And since working out my face chub hasn't gotten any worse, just to note. I just find it weird that my entire body is toned and looks good but I can't lose that face fat. Can anybody help????

do you vhew gum, or used to chew alot of gum and quit, well by chewing gum it works your muscles in your face, maybe try chewing gum everyday and see what results you will have from this, because its not like you can tie a 45 pound weight to your facial muscles, that is the only thing that i could see working

i had same problem but it was not a problem it was just that i wasnt doing the right thing...i went to the gym 5 times a week working out different parts of my body but i did very little cardio so once i started doing cardio for like 1 1/2 hours my face became slimer and a lot of people started to notice my muscles more :P i ran almost every other day i do 15miles run every weekend so run or jog for one hour and a half and ull be fine
