Ok, im 13 years old and im looking to gain muscle, especially in biceps and core.?

join a gym
start reading muscle and fitness (best way to learn).
eat lean meats chicken,tuna,fish etc
also carbs fruits and vegetables.
have different days for each bodypart biceps monday shoulders tuesday etc
work abs every day after workout.
make sure you have at least one day during the week as a rest day.
