I have a six pack but would like lots of muscle in my arms. Im looking for a workout plan that I can do everynight or every other night. Also I heard that protein is good after my workout. Any advice on how much protien I need and which foods I need to eat?

well, protein helps muscle. if you don't have protein, then you won't have much muscle. do pushups, and pullups. or you could go get a theraband and work on resistance workouts

you need to work your chest too. big arms and small chest is would be wierd lol theres also other muscles in the arm. work your forearms, triceps, and shoulders too

continue working out and eat lots of protein, a great muscle building excercise is swiming in cold water that helps build muscle, and can be fun also do more activitys based on abs like ab lounger lol crunches

join a gym
start reading muscle and fitness (best way to learn).
eat lean meats chicken,tuna,fish etc
also carbs fruits and vegetables.

have different days for each bodypart biceps monday shoulders tuesday etc

work abs every day after workout.
make sure you have at least one day during the week as a rest day.
