I need tips on losing belly fat?
I'm 21 years old, 115lbs, and 5'2. I'm have a 5 month old daughter and I've finally got my body back exactly the way I had it before I got pregnant with her. Except I still have a little extra "fluff" around my tummy that I REALLY want gone before summer. I've been working out pretty hard the last few weeks and everything is toning up except my tummy! When I lay down, I can see the nice set of abs that I would have if I didn't have this extra layer of fat! Any tips on what I should/shouldn't eat, what exercises I can do would be helpful.Thanks in advance!

do rope skipping, because its a short burst exercise where your body uses body fat as energy

Go for interval training, the most effective exercise to increase your metabolism and lose fat. Interval training makes us burn fat for like 24-48 hours after each exercise session. Combine 3 sessions of interval training and crunches and situps or any other toning exercises a week. For best results do all this one day and rest on the other. good luck
