I'm currently 20 years old, 153, 5'7 and female. My goal weight is 135, 130. I only have 2 months to work with before returning to school where I won't have time to work out an hour+ a day. I'm not interested in becoming 'ripped' or drastically increasing strength, I just want to lose weight and tone my body, so I'm doing the lean workout. I started Tae Bo about a month ago, but my weight plateaued because it quickly became easy so I needed to increase the workout.
I know the first phase of the diet focuses on protein intake, but again, I'm not looking to build muscle. I'm already on a diet of some sorts, basically smaller portions, counting calories (approx 1500 a day), drinking lots of water, and no sweets, fats etc. Would this be acceptable to meet my goal? Or even close, I can workout at school but not as frequent or consistent as now.
