How soon can you start seeing visible fat loss?
I'm not fat, but I have a love-handle issue. They aren't even that bad, but when I look in the mirror and see them, they really pull down the confidence I have in my body. I have already eliminated soda from my diet, and have been more active lately. If you have any suggestions on good ways to lose them, I'd appreciate them. I just want to know the fastest you can start seeing a difference, like how many weeks? What are foods I need to avoid, and good exercises I can do to help them. I understand that love handles are one of the toughest areas to go about burning off. Well, thanks in advance for any help!
