How do I lose belly fat and gain a bikini core by pool season?

My friends have been wearing bikinis for two years now. I'm the only girl my age at the pool still wearing the same one piece bathing suit style I've worn all my life. I feel ready to wear it proudly, however my core doesn't agree with me. I feel like if I could just remove the fat I'd me fine. But instead, I'm on a calorie tracker and I've been doing a regimen of core workouts for 15 minutes before bed. It's been a week, and I've lost a few pounds, but I can't tell if it's just my different states of digestion or if it's progress. I'd ideally like to lose 25 pounds by June, but I'm not positive my plan will work.



I realize I'm developing, but I'm still Uncomfortable in my body. I wish I was sporty and athletic, but I have to work at it.



So please help me shed the fat and build the muscle!

Core workouts don't do anything. You need to increase your metabolism. More cardio, and lots of resistance training - by that I mean strenuous free weights exercises. Eat six healthy meals a day.

Work out at least an hour a day, but more is better and eat right. Drink lots of water.

15 mn ? before bed? are you kidding look what I did today
60 workout bodybuilding
35 running not jogging
40 walking
10 high speed running
stretching
you have to work more and watch your calorie intake.
