2-3 weeks ago I decided to completely change my diet to try and lose weight.
I now have fruit for breakfast, salad at lunch, fruit in the afternoon and then a healthy meal in the evening. I have cut out bread, crisps, biscuits and junk food etc.
However, I still don't seem to be losing weight? Do I need to stick with it for longer to see the effects? Am I eating too much fruit and getting too much natural sugar? Are there any snacks that I can eat rather than fruit?
I'm a bit stuck with what to do, please help me.....
I do swim quite regularly but I seem to put on weight when I swim. Produces muscle and muscle weighs more than fat
