Help with losing weight please.....?

I lost a stone and a half about 8 months ago when I was ill, since then I have managed to keep off the weight but failed to lose anymore.



2-3 weeks ago I decided to completely change my diet to try and lose weight.



I now have fruit for breakfast, salad at lunch, fruit in the afternoon and then a healthy meal in the evening. I have cut out bread, crisps, biscuits and junk food etc.



However, I still don't seem to be losing weight? Do I need to stick with it for longer to see the effects? Am I eating too much fruit and getting too much natural sugar? Are there any snacks that I can eat rather than fruit?



I'm a bit stuck with what to do, please help me.....

I do swim quite regularly but I seem to put on weight when I swim. Produces muscle and muscle weighs more than fat

Look up Negative Calorie Foods (those are foods that make your body burn more calories than are actually in the food), you can eat as much of those as you want and not gain any weight. Eat those foods and only drink water and you will lose a lot of weight. I lost 15 lbs in two weeks b4 my wedding by doing this.

u know wat???
i have the bestest answer....
ask ur self...do u move a lot??? or (ex: u depend on ur made to get u glass of water from the kitchen..)
u need to move a lot...
like me!!
i eat everythin i find...i LOVE food!!! but i never get fat...cuz i always move a lot...i run and play tennis...football and other sports...n it really helps!!! ive never been on a diet n i hope ill not need it!!

your doing all the right things to do with the eating part but you need to do exercise, i was on a diet last year for about 6 months and iv managed to lose 2 stone but i still have to do regular exercises to stop me putting the weight back on. im going swimming today for about an hour so i would recommend that also i would recommend just a simple walk around your local park.
if you start walking fast try doing abit of a job for ten seconds then stop then walk for a minute the jog for keep doing that and you will be able to just run completely :D hope this helps

I have tried every diet known to man but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I know they say that pills will not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.
