fat loss routines that WORKED for you?
im trying to loose the last 5 pounds off my body but i cant seem to do it. ill have good weight loss and ill keep to my plan for a week and then, i go stray and i have to start all over. i was just wondering if anyone had any routines that worked for them?

I try to keep it simple and change it up on a weekly basis. Bike ride for 1 or 2 days, Run for 1 or 2 days. I even change the area or location of my routine just so I don't get bored. I also up the intensity with weights or a weighted back pak when I run. Just stay away from soda, salt and try to limit sugar. I had a friend that was constantly working out but could never loose that last 5-10 lbs...her doctor narrowed it sown to the fact she loved soft-drinks, once she stopped that she lost the 5-10 lbs.
