Height: 5 ft 8 Weight: 143 pounds (and I live in Australia, converted the numbers :P)
I am not over-weight or anything but I am just wanting to lose a little bit of weight.
Breakfast:Green tea,bunch of grapes,1/2 avocado spread into 2 slices of wholegrain toast
Snack: 4 Wheat thins with no-fat cheese
Lunch: Vegetable salad+handful of almonds
Snack:Banana,carrot,handful of dried apricots
Dinner:Vegetable salad with 5 small pieces of grilled chicken
Exercise: Brisk 1 hour walk with my dog
Water: 3 liters
Should I add or take away anything form my meals?
