Tell them to go to hell. The only way to lose weight healthily when you're already normal or underweight is to exercise. For a truly epic body you should be sculpting it through resistance training, ie. build muscle. Females do not have the hormones to build bulky muscle.

I agree with Iron Man, and building lean muscle is the best way to boost your metabolism. What worked for me was running for thirty minutes at varying speeds (so the body doesn't plateau) and alternating days for which body part you work on (i.e. Monday: legs, Tuesday: arms, Wednesday: shoulders) but what I have learned from the Master Trainers from my old gym job was that your abdominal muscles are the only part of your body that you can work out every day. But be sure to not overdo it on cardio because it will have opposite results. Also, eating healthy and watching how much fat and carbs you consume is tedious, but effective. I use the Bodybugg for that-- it's actually a good investment and definitely help with caloric intake goals.

I'm assuming that you're healthy and not going hungry in order to maintain such a low weight of 120 pounds (perhaps naturally thin and/or have a small bone structure?). I find that a good quick way to take off about five pounds is drinking lots and lots of water and cutting out salty foods. *Aim for 64 ounces of water or more (dont drown yourself drinking water but you should be having to pee pretty often and your urine should be clear)*Cut out any drinks that isnt water, with the exception of hot natural teas.* Eat mostly fresh vegetables, fruit and lean protein sources like baked fish, tofu, black beans, etc. I would minimize starchy food, though light healthy grains like natural oatmeal, quinoa and brown rice are good choices. *To satisfy and sweet cravings you have and give you an energizing boost of vitamins without all the fattening calories, try pureeing your favorite fruits and freezing them in an ice tray with a toothpick inside for little popsicles. *Work out for 30 to 60 minutes a day, I would recommend yoga and calisthenics. *Get plenty of beauty sleep! If you can't get enough sleep at night, try a power nap during the day. When you're sleeping, you're not eating and when you've gotten proper rest you don't need extra food to energize you.*De-stress. Stress will make you fatter, especially around that stubborn belly area. Go ahead and relax and pamper yourself at the end of the day!Good luck getting that job, I hope these help! If not, there are other jobs out there waiting who would gladly take you just as you are.
